From 25 to 27 September 2026, the five2one Padel Open brings 150 pairs to the Higuerón Sport Club, between Benalmádena and Fuengirola. For the players, it is three days of competition. For five2one families, it is also something else: a chance to meet the people they share their homes, their area and their weeks in the sun with.
More than a home: a community
A five2one home is shared by 5 like-minded families, each with a 20% share and the possibility to use their second home 10 weeks a year freely, every year. It is real co-ownership, and it has a side that is easy to miss on paper: the people.
Every five2one home brings together like-minded families, connected by trust, transparency and mutual respect, without giving up any of their privacy. Most of the year, that community is quiet. Families come and go in their own weeks, and the home is ready each time. Events like the five2one Padel Open are where it becomes visible, in one place, at the same time.
Why padel?
Padel is played in pairs. You win points together, you lose them together, and the conversation carries on long after the match is over. It is a sport that is easy to start and hard to put down, and on the Costa del Sol it is part of everyday life.
That is why it fits five2one so well. A tournament is a natural reason to meet: some people come to compete, some come to watch, and everyone ends up talking.
Three days of competition and community in the biggest padel event of the year in Higuerón
The five2one Padel Open runs across men’s, women’s, and mixed categories, with €20,000 in prizes and a raffle, €3,700 of it in cash. Every player takes home an Adidas tournament T-shirt, a five2one welcome pack, and an entry to the raffle.
It takes place at the Higuerón Sport Club, part of Higuerón Resort, in the same hillside area where several five2one homes are. For five2one families staying in Higuerón, the courts are a few minutes from home.
The five2one VIP area
Throughout the tournament, the five2one VIP area by the courts is reserved for VIP members of five2one: our families. There is shade for the warm hours, complimentary drinks, and one of the best views of the matches.
It is a place to sit down, watch a final set, and meet the families you share a home with, or the ones who live a few doors away. Nobody has to organise anything. We take care of it, so the only plan is to be there.
On court and off it
Saturday brings the Padel Party, with a DJ, when the day’s matches give way to the evening. It is the part of the weekend where the players, their families and the five2one community come together away from the scoreboard.
