Sales Agent (Danish Speaking) | Costa del Sol

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Agent who wants to help develop a new way of owning property abroad, on the Costa del Sol.

Five2one is growing, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the dialogue with potential buyers and help develop our sales in the Danish market.

The Mission

You will work with qualified leads from our marketing activities, webinars, events, referrals and other sales channels.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your own relationships and create new sales opportunities through your own network and market efforts.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Contact and follow up on new and existing leads
• Follow up with customers in a structured way and keep momentum in the sales process

Sales Process

• Conduct sales conversations and uncover customers’ needs, finances, wishes and timeline
• Present the Five2one concept and our current home projects
• Actively drive your own sales opportunities through the entire sales pipeline
• Hold online and in-person customer meetings
• Coordinate viewings and customer visits on the Costa del Sol

Client Relationships

• Build long-term relationships with potential buyers

CRM Management

• Work actively with HubSpot and ensure correct registration and follow-up on all leads

Collaboration

• Work closely with management, marketing and the rest of the sales team
• Actively contribute to the development of our sales processes and Five2one’s continued growth

What we are looking for

Essential

• Enjoys selling and working with people
• Trustworthy and professional, understanding that buying a holiday home is a major decision where relationship, trust and guidance matter as much as the product itself
• Sales experience and the ability to build trust with clients

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, financial advisory, the automotive industry, hospitality, high-end retail or other relationship-based sales
