Introduce your clients to a five2one home, and open a new part of the market without adding to your workload. They remain your client from the first conversation to closing, you receive a fixed 3% commission on the transaction value for every referral that becomes a sale.
Sell through five2one
Have a home for sale in Fuengirola, Málaga, Benalmádena, or elsewhere on the Costa del Sol that hasn't found the right buyer yet? List it with five2one. We find the five families to buy it togethe, you handle the sale.
Turn an existing property into a five2one
If your client already owns a holiday home and wants to sell all or part of it, five2one can buy it outright, or help find up to four additional co-owners. You receive a 3% commission for every co-owner you bring to the table.
